Its time to take off the kid gloves with anti-vax/anti lockdown cunts

    https://www.theguardian.com/media/2021/jun/15/priti-patel-condemns-anti-lockdown-protesters-treatment-bbc-nick-watt

Footage circulating online showed Nick Watt, the political editor of BBC Newsnight, being followed on a street near parliament on Monday by unmasked protesters who shouted into his face.

Watt, who was wearing a BBC lanyard, then doubled back through police lines as people shouted “traitor” and other slurs at him. An investigation has been launched by the Metropolitan police, which said a number of possible offences had been identified after the footage was reviewed.
look at the state of that "anti lockdown" cunt on the above link, needs putting down

Also just saw this also on the guardian

Oman has announced that its doctors have detected a potentially fatal fungal infection afflicting some coronavirus patients, the first such known cases on the Arabian peninsula as the sultanate faces a surge in Covid-19 infections.

    AP has the story:

The country’s Health Ministry reported that three Covid-19 patients in Oman have become infected with mucormycosis, a life-threatening condition commonly known as “black fungus,” which has spread quickly among virus patients in India. It was not immediately clear what condition the three patients
lets hope they infected don't start making clicking noises

I wish we actually did live in the fascist dystopia these dribblers think we're in so they would be rounded up and stuffed into incinerators.

"we're not even allowed out our houses"

Says the lunatic who has been to every anti-lockdown protest to date.

To be fair, they tiny fringe minority so fuck em. Best case scenario is they get a nasty case of Covid and pass it on to all their loved ones for pure "told you so" value

He's thick as fuck and sees the world as it's reflected in a spoon. It would be more shocking if he didn't go all in on the conspiracy stuff.

[Sung to the Three Lions song]

    We’re still at home
    We’re still at home
    In lockdown
    We are still at home
    [x4]

Everyone seems to know the score
    They’ve seen the stats before
    They just know
    They’re so sure

That Boris gonna throw it away
    Put it off for today
    I await Freedom Day
    'Cause I remember

    Thirty in a Yurt
    Wedding singer screaming
A few more weeks of hurt
    Endless TV streaming

So many months, so many fears
    And numbers out our ears
    Wear you down
    Hope disappears

But I still see that Portuguese shore
And when all the bands toured
    A filled theatre hall
    And nightclub dancing

The REACT study results say it's doubling every 11 days, with 5 times as many cases (I think) in 5-12 and 18-24

Fuuuck that's nuts. Weird to think that cases are ramping up this fast - and we know exactly where this will lead numbers wise but we don't know exactly how this will factor in to hospital admissions. Regardless, we'll not roll back restrictions so time to accept that (sky) high case rates will now be an acceptable thing.

Doesn't sit easily especially as we now know that Delta is 60% more transmissible, has different symptoms and most worryingly has a 2x likelyhood of hospitalisation. Over to you, vaccines.

And the third most impacted demo is 13-18. But schools definitely aren't a source of community transmission.

Those hospital numbers are starting to go up quite fast now. 222 in today.

My son's secondary school sent a letter saying that masks were mandatory again from tomorrow in common areas and corridors. But not the classrooms of course...

Managed to move my second vaccine forward a few weeks and it's at a venue closer to home so no need to drive to Sheffield arena anymore. The latter in itself is a huge bonus

I can't see how another full lockdown can reasonably be justified at this point. Soon, the vast majority of adults will have had at least one jab and nearly 2/3 will have had full dosage.

All a lockdown would do is fuck the economy more and annoy people. By all means, limit foreign travel and incomers for a bit but at some point you need to live with something.
