Day 3 done. That was a good progression actually. No way I could have done that had I not started my other challenge way back so interesting to see it scaled up.

Day 3 done. Just about managed it. I'm surprised actually - I thought I'd be dropping the knees just after 30.

Obviously my form is perfect throughout. If anything it's even better in the last few reps. Anyone who says different is a fibber.

Punishment for getting it wrong, you have to attend a 2hr presentation on the dangers of press ups hosted by Psychotext.

Done. Double sets start tomorrow which shouldn't be too bad. You think you're supposed to be doing them straight after each other or with a bit of a rest?

I'm going for 30 secs rest in between.

Could just double up. Why the hell not.

Surely doing it right after makes it a single, bigger set. :p

Generally you'd be looking at 3 minutes rest if you want to basically reset on it.

I'm not sure about supporting this toxic community but I'll like and subscribe if he reaches day 10.

I was going to leave 60 seconds max. Thatís what Iíd do between reps at the gym. Or Maybe itís just as soon as you get your breath back.

I did day 4 of the baby version of this. Maybe I'll try the swole version after I've graduated.

Is there a lightweight version for those of us who haven't exercised for many year?

    Asking for a friend.

There was one posted on an earlier page:

If you struggle with that you could switch to incline / on knees when you hit failure point.

@RawShark 60 seconds yeah. Although I do get creative with the time-keeping on occasion.
People need to be looking ahead to the start of the decline sets too and make sure they have something to put their feet up on.

Stairs are always a good option, assuming your residence has them. :)

Good ideas both but I will stick to using my ikea play mats that fold up to a good height.
I was worried about the non-gym bros out there not knowing what to do.

I've never really felt a huge difference with incline pushups. I was thinking of maybe doing wide arm push ups instead.

Decline no? Incline are the easier version.

Decline targets the upper chest / front delts more. Maybe you need to make the decline more extreme? That, or maybe you already do handstand pushups and you find them trivial anyway. ;)

The sexual chemistry between you 2 is off the charts. Guess its all the testosterone from the challenge.
