    I thought the decline press-ups were earlier than day 20 guys. Everyone calm down.

    I mixed up incline/decline. Looking back I should have researched the different types of press up more thoroughly before I started on the crazy quest to do some press ups. I also alternate between calling them push ups and press ups with gay abandon, something I'm looking to change moving forward.

    I bet there is a difference between press ups and push ups. I usually put a hyphen in there as well.

    My research tells me that "press-up" is British and "push-up" is American. And yes hyphen seems mandatory.

    Although wikipedia seems to suggest that push-up is standard and that press-up is when the hands are wider than the shoulders placing more emphasis on the pectoral muscles.

    I'll be honest my head is spinning.

    To be honest, we've always called them push-ups here. I was only saying press-ups to fit in.

    I mean, you push your body up. With a pushing motion. It's a push-up.

    I'm not bad at diamond pushups after being forced to do them at the gym. When it starts to get into 30 of the fucking things though.

    Done. That last 5 on the second set weren't nice.

    I propose a rest day every Sunday as I plan on getting hammered tonight and really can't be arsed with doing 60 push ups tomorrow.
