    I worked a rest day in Thursday as I had a zoom quiz to attend (I won)
    I did the day 4 and 5 yesterday so have caught up but it probably doesnt work best that way.

    Is it too late to join this? Quite fancy a bit of a challenge. Been doing press ups with this fucking joe wicks thing and realised i could probably do with more of them as my upper body is puny as fuck.

    Changed my routine of 3 sets of 10 (where I'm on the limit for the last 2) to doing them until I can't keep form - result is 15, 10 and 9. I guess technically that's progress. Will be interesting to see how it goes next time.

    Iím doing sets of 5, throughout the day, because Iím starting from zero. Might take me longer than a month, but fuck it. Iím doing them super slow though, which seems harder than doing 10 fast.

    It'll be like that scene in Wolf of Wall Street with the ludes. The press-ups are basically just decks humping the floor for an hour with shit in his pants.

    Interesting analogy.

    I am dictating this from my hospital bed, having attempted day one of this challenge and thus like so many others, suffering from exploding shoulders and my tits fell off. I feel foolish for not listening to Psychotext.

    Anyway, for two days I lay undiscovered and immobile (my doctors have since informed me that my legs in fact work, it's too soon for me to trust them given the fact I have done twelve and a half push ups less than 72 hours ago), terrified that my neighbors, particularly the one with that look in his eye, would take the opportunity to rape me.

    I am ashamed to report that I soiled myself, out of self defense (mostly).

    The doctors say I will never do another push up even after the many surgeries and rehab I am warned of needing. I am fine with this but I want everyone to heed my tale, the doctors asked me if I was following the coachmagDOTcoDOTuk programme as there have been countless fatalities.

    I am counting my blessings, after the amputations and the breast reconstruction surgeries I should be able to lead a relatively normal, yet shoulder less life

    For reference, this is hard as fuck and Iíve sacked it off. Instead, Iíll be running 5k every day and doing 50 each chin ups and press ups for the foreseeable. In leisurely sets.

    Did mine first thing this morning. I've found that much easier than when I've done them later in the day.
