Yeah they're not pleasant at all. Like I said, they're definitely one of the roughest things on there. Even the supposedly harder high side planks later on are much easier.
Strange I found the opposite, the high side planks being torture

Guess it just depends where you're strongest.

Also you like that fucking Naboo fighter so I'm pretty sure you're from a back to front dimension.

If you watch the videos fo the "do everything together" days they don't like fun at all.

Ugh look at the fucking day 22 video. Not sure adding the pushups was a great idea.

    Ergh.

The leg raise was enough and then there was more.

My abs will be so defined I'll be able to sharpen my knives between them.

I'm doing the plank one also but I've just finished day 3 as I'd basically done day 1 on day 0, such is my enthusiasm.

If anyone wants to dm me pics of their abs/dicks I'm happy to receive as it'd be good to demonstrate progress/arousal.

Easy one today. I've updated the first post in the thread so it's easier to find too.

Today definitely needed the push ups in between.

    Tomorrow could be quite tough.

I used to do a kettle bell class a few years ago and he used to have us doing them holding a kettle bell. I don't actual mind them too much, they're easier than the ones on the forearm from the other day imo. Load of pressure on the shoulder though.

I might get some kettlebells, easy enough exercises to do at home without taking up too much space.

Currently looking for bits to build my pull up and dip station in the garden.

Kettlebells are the business. Used mine in the garden a fair bit during lockdown.

Stupid cat still wanders between my legs when doing kb swings though. One day i will swing low and brain the daft beast.

I'm kind of at a loss after completing easy mode earlier in the week. Maybe I'll start doing the original challenge rather than fussing about with planking and whatnot.

Got some rum as an early father's day present and got a bit carried away last night.

Feeling delicate today is going to make it pretty rough.

    @mola

Do the plank challenge. If you cut out the extra push ups it's not bad at all.

I was you an hour ago. The press ups were absolutely fine, the high side planks destroyed my wrists.

    I need to wank more.

Yeah they were a lot worse than I remembered. My shoulder is pretty goosed at this point.

Just done, yep wrist killer, though just on the right side of doable. I interspersed with the press up sets, I assume that isn't cheating. So left/right planks then press ups as one set. Three sets.
