    I'm doing the plank one also but I've just finished day 3 as I'd basically done day 1 on day 0, such is my enthusiasm.

    If anyone wants to dm me pics of their abs/dicks I'm happy to receive as it'd be good to demonstrate progress/arousal.

    I used to do a kettle bell class a few years ago and he used to have us doing them holding a kettle bell. I don't actual mind them too much, they're easier than the ones on the forearm from the other day imo. Load of pressure on the shoulder though.

    I might get some kettlebells, easy enough exercises to do at home without taking up too much space.

    Currently looking for bits to build my pull up and dip station in the garden.

    Kettlebells are the business. Used mine in the garden a fair bit during lockdown.

    Stupid cat still wanders between my legs when doing kb swings though. One day i will swing low and brain the daft beast.

    Do the plank challenge. If you cut out the extra push ups it's not bad at all.

    Just done, yep wrist killer, though just on the right side of doable. I interspersed with the press up sets, I assume that isn't cheating. So left/right planks then press ups as one set. Three sets.
