    If you want to spice the pushups up a bit on the easier days you can do mma pushups. 1 diamond, jump your hands out to standard, then wide. Would be 36 in total for today.

    Yeah easy day. The get ups tomorrow aren't particularly difficult I just really hate doing them for some reason.

    I don't mind when you have to do something like with get ups, shoulder taps etc as it takes your mind off.

    Just balancing there on the side planks seemed like 45mins instead of seconds.

    This just in: side planks blow, especially the high ones. I don't know how the fuck you're supposed to keep your balance for that long.

    I think I'm going to revert to the other style of planking where you lie down on something and take a picture and everyone thinks it's really funny for some reason.

    Horrible and sweaty. Left them all day for it to cool down and then had to force myself to bother doing them today.

    You feeling anything in your abs off this? As unpleasant as some of them are I'm not really feeling the tightness or pain afterwards to let you know it's working.

    I was thinking that today as I've not felt that, still feeling more on my chest and shoulders.

    Since the start of the challenges though I have lost 4.5kg and can definitely see a difference in my chest and abs.

    My shoulders have wilted a bit off not being able to hit the bags. Been looking for something to do for the next challenge but theres nothing that really concentrates on shoulders that I can find.

    Did you the moving one today which I think is the same as many of you (I had a day off on Sunday). Was obviously sweaty but found yesterday much more difficult likely by virtue of it being longer.

    Yeah wasn't too bad. Hitting the carpet burn on the elbow from the other day was probably the worst bit.

    OK starting to tomorrow I'm adding on 50 situps and 50 leg raises on alternating days. Starting tomorrow with leg raises. It is done.
