Registered 2 years agoYeah still going strong. I've been doing them really late as I've been doing garden work all day. Doing it late at night isnt pleasant.
With all the extras added it's actually a well rounded routine each day. Not hurting half as much as the 1st challenge. Need to start thinking of the next one soon. -

What size dumbells you going with for this next one? Going to have to be fairly light if they're going all the way to 135 reps. -

Yeah, the side planks are the shit exercise of this challenge. Just no getting used to them. I wonder what the shit exercise will be for the next one? -

Registered 20 years agoI've fallen behind a bit and did the side plank with an elbow/knee touch. It was fucking shit but was really interesting as a plank exercise that had a rep element that by the end I was unable to continue. I'll be adding it into my future repetoire for whenever I truly hate myself. -

So weights I've got are 2.5kg, 5.5kg and 8kg. I'm thinking 5.5 but doing 150 fucking reps with them is going to ruin me. -

I'm going to start with the 5 and then drop down when it starts getting to the ridiculous rep days. -
Did it with the 5's for now, see how it goes. The dips hurt straight away off doing so many pushups recently which was worrying.
