    Yeah still going strong. I've been doing them really late as I've been doing garden work all day. Doing it late at night isnt pleasant.

    With all the extras added it's actually a well rounded routine each day. Not hurting half as much as the 1st challenge. Need to start thinking of the next one soon.

    Was thinking maybe a leg one but the thought of 30 leg days in a row is pretty grim. Was looking for a shoulder one but couldn't really find anything.

    Yeah pretty much. Handstand pushups the only body weight exercise I can really think of.

    Last couple have days have been a lot easier than the ones before it. Those last two side plank days were rough.

    What size dumbells you going with for this next one? Going to have to be fairly light if they're going all the way to 135 reps.

    I got my wife a set that goes down to 1.5kg gathering dust somewhere that I can use. Or have a heavier set to use as well.

    Yeah, the side planks are the shit exercise of this challenge. Just no getting used to them. I wonder what the shit exercise will be for the next one?

    They're all pretty standard, it's just the sheer amount of them later on that will absolutely ruin your arms.

    I'll do some of the plank stuff alongside it, a few of the exercises I liked and felt the burn.

    I've fallen behind a bit and did the side plank with an elbow/knee touch. It was fucking shit but was really interesting as a plank exercise that had a rep element that by the end I was unable to continue. I'll be adding it into my future repetoire for whenever I truly hate myself.

    Done. Kind of ended on a bit of a damp squib with the last few days not really ramping it up. Pretty good thing overall though.

    The plank challenge definitely needed all the added extras though. Would have been ridiculously easy bar the side plank days otherwise.

    So weights I've got are 2.5kg, 5.5kg and 8kg. I'm thinking 5.5 but doing 150 fucking reps with them is going to ruin me.

    I'm going to start with the 5 and then drop down when it starts getting to the ridiculous rep days.

    Did it with the 5's for now, see how it goes. The dips hurt straight away off doing so many pushups recently which was worrying.
