It really should be Shootman, or any number of other possibilities aside from just hitting.
Though I guess in each case you're probably hitting them with something (like bullets) -

Registered 3 years agoYes, the sniper mission isn't all that but the two maps (New York and Maldives) are the best map locations in Hitman 2 imo -

Registered 14 years agoBetter believe the first kill on that Dubai level is going to be pushing the guy off the skyscraper. Trailer also seems to maybe hint at other locations like Tokyo and something like Beldingford manor -

I bought Hitman 2 last year, imported the levels from Hitman 2016 and because it didn't carry progress over I've ended up doing most of these again and have only tried the Miami level
Really love the idea of begin able to import H1 and H2, having a single Hitman game with 3 games-worth of amazing levels. -

Registered 19 years agoI'm not sure if the purely the engine/platform constraints or some artistic styling led to the somewhat shop-dummy look to the character models. Perhaps a bit of both.
For a game often so up close and personal, I'd hope for some more 'life' in them on the new platforms.

Registered 13 years agoThis is out in about 3 weeks eh. Not sure what I want from it - almost wish it would go back to being episodic, so you're forced to spend hours in each location, learning them by heart. I've kind of ploughed through 2 and not enjoyed it quite as much as 1.
Think it needs to change the formula a little too. It's a brilliant formula, but it's pretty much the same in every location across the first two games. -

I don't know if they need to change the formula much. Some tweaks over the time (being able to grab people, briefcases, types of distraction) have all been mild gameplay evolutions of the original formula -

Registered 4 years agoEpisodes are definitely better but 2 was still excellent. I'll definitely pick up 3 when it's cheaper. I find how it's structured and how it plays out it doesn't allow for much improvisation. It's too reliant on slow exploring and planning. Sure you can freestyle it and some times it comes off but generally trying to be creative ends up in a reload or ruining the mission by having to shoot everyone which is definitely the game at its worst. -

The release policy of the new Hitman games is such an utter mess that I haven’t even bought the second one yet. Last time I checked, Hitman 2 must have had around 20 entries on Steam, a wild mixture of free trials (but not named as such), Goty, legendary, gold and whatnot editions, free DLC, grayed out DLC, and lots of “upgrade plans” to get from this to that edition, and whatnot. Put me right off.
