Anyone else playing this?
It's made by the Homeworld 3 people and has a similar style.
Just had a couple hours in, loving every second. Normally games like this can be quite boring, but it's surprisingly exciting and humourous.

I'm watching a Twitch stream of this at the moment and it looks good for a game in this genre but I'm not sure it could keep me interested for very long. It's still Early Access though so the game could still change quite a bit between this and the final version.
As an aside: Homeworld 3 really isn't much of a reference as that's two years away from release
They did also make that planet-based Homeworld spinoff RTS, which is apparently pretty solid.
Which streamer are you watching?

Yeah, released this afternoon on early access. Which is odd as it seems really fleashed out for an early access release.
Ah I'll wait for the full thing me thinks
Game is lot more challenging than would appear, having loads of fun still.
It's taken me 4 shifts to get most of the first non tutorial ship, and I still haven't figure out how to get the reactor salvaged safely.
I'm really close to breaking the bank on this one

Username checks out.
Starting to understand this game better, aluminium is just not worth the effort, just melt that shit. get he valuable titanium and nanocarbon. the aluminiun is just an obstacle..
2500kg of aLuminuim (95% recovery from a ship) netted me 29k
1 chair is 15k
670kg of titanium is 30k
Spending time neatly cutting up aliminium is absolutely not worth it
