What's the point in the Game Boy Micro? -
i'd rather they just put the better screen in the DS, who wouldn't pay a few £ more so they can play new DS games as well as GBA?
doesn't make sense to me. -

But it isn't tiiiiiiiny. Personally I think they should have put a proper screen in the GBA SP in the first place - I know it was better than the GBA but that was hardly difficult was it?

But if it's tiny won't that make the games hard to see? Imagine trying to play Fire Emblem/Advance Wars using that thing! -

Registered 17 years agoEveryone who's used it says it's no trouble at all. I have my doubts too, but I also have faith in eyewitness accounts.
I'm still not going to buy one. Pointless for any current handheld gamer. Well, current 6 months ago, because current now includes PSP. But before, if you had a handheld, it was probably an SP, and definitely a Game Boy.
If it was a bog-standard GBA, you'd still not get it. You'd get an SP, based on screen-size prejudice and funky flip-top design. If you've got an SP, well... there's nothing wrong with it!

By 'Frontlit' are you referring to the neon-esque tubes down the sides of the screen on the SP? I'd never really thought about it before, but I guess you're right, that's not backlighting at all!
So the Micro is properly backlit? Hmm... I bet that looks sexy... -
what about battery time? -

I'm convinced there's no room in there for a battery, how could there, it's so tiny, possibly it taps into the a cosmic energy source of somekind instead. -

Registered 18 years agoI was gonna get an SP again, as sometimes the DS is just too bulky to lug around, but a micro might not be a bad option...
But then I'd need a screen protector, which is sort of built into an SP anyway... Hmmm... -

Fiddling about with cases though... meh.
Get a micro and a compact case for it. Win-win.
/doesn't like cases.
I dunno. Before making my mind up though I'll wait until I've actually got teh cash to purchase either.

Indeed, cases are fiddly. Damn, the GBM looks very nice, esp. at that price. Will prolly buy one from the States!
A GBA cartridge with Tetris, Dr. Mario and Bionic Commando 2 and I'm set!

Hmm, haven't got a clue what "Panel de Porn" is, except the pimping it gets from you Hyo and verm...

Better than Meteos?
It's known as Tetris Attack (SNES) and Pokemon Puzzle League (N64) here. It's the best goddamned puzzle game ever. -
