@Darth_Flibble To be fair to him the F1 2019 and 2020 games did get a lot of praise for adding to the carrer mode these last few years, my friends kid who has no interest in anything thats not a fps even ended up on it with his mates.

Just hoping we dont get F1 Ultmate Team wtih card packs.

19 and 20 have some quite significant updates. Not just to the career, but the graphics model and playability on a pad amongst other things.

They are the wrong games to chase after when it comes to pointless yearly updates, IMO. But yeah, the pit pass stuff was bad to begin with, and you can't imagine EA are going to make things any better in that regard.

if there is no option to be coked off your characters face for the TV interviews then what is the team doing?

just looked at the reddit posts and f12020 has better career mode but could be a lot better, it seems the one a year contract harms the development (like most yearly games)

Could go either way. EA might ruin the bits that make it successful by trying to overly 'broaden' the appeal or further monetise it. However there's so much that could be done with the FIA license that Codemasters clearly don't have time to do, so maybe more investment will allow them to expand their team.

The ISI developed EA F1 games for PC were actually pretty good.
