Registered 12 years agoNah, surely you roll it up (or back). At least when your dick's flaccid your rolling it up, towards the sky, assuming you're stood up.
To roll it 'down' you have to be upside-down or have a dick that points upwards even when you haven't got a hard-on.
Also surely it's 'down' when it's loose, if user richarddavies ever frees his poor imprisoned foreskin. -
