This is how it works. I was into GME for 500 shares at an average of about $100, decided NOT to put a sell order in at 420.69 and then it soared past that for all of twenty minutes, then plummeted like a stone over the next week as all the apps stopped allowing people to buy and made it very hard to sell too. Managed to get out at $120, made 8 grand.

I'm now gutted it's soaring past $200 and sorely tempted to get back in but I strongly suspect that if I get in it will plummet and if I don't it will rocket. Sod's law.

Did you use leverage? Or you actually got 50K to throw at meme stocks?

Either way, impressive.

It's still going up so better late than never.

Binance's own coin, BNB, is starting to climb in price again and that usually shoots up every time Bitcoin makes a new high.

You could take a punt on some of those low market cap NFT and DeFi coins?

Then hope they go to the moon and you can cash out before everything crashes.

Marlin coin (POND) has just been listed on finance which is another DeFi altcoin that's just been listed on binance, there's potential for that to skyrocket.

I have seen Ocean Protocol in the top gainers in recent weeks. Don't know anything about it though.

Cardano has tapered off a bit recently, but I'm planning to hold long term so not really arsed. Been holding Vechain for a few weeks now, and it just had a good week.

To be fair I probably sounded a bit more like I know my arse from my elbow than I do.

I had 50 quid on my Revolut account so decided to punt earlier and it went up 25%. But I can�t do a stop loss on the app so my thought process was just �doubt it will go much higher than last time so I�ll sell now.�

Looks like every other idiot had same idea. I still expect it to rally again shortly before stimulus checks come out. But if I had any real skin in the game I�d go on a proper site and put some stop loss orders in.

It fell like a stone when it went.

As annoyed as I was at being so late with CHZ and paying 4x what it was a week previous, it has since tripled so my 2 crypto investments have turned my investment into one worth 5x as much.
Well, it's only potentially as I haven't sold anything yet.....

@askew It alters the PE ratio calculations for discounted cash flow, used to value companies, and the robo-traders just sell out on it. Seems like a massive fuss over nothing.
