I’ve been inadvertently AEROGAINS for years- have always had my shifters twisted slightly in because I like the angle better for my wrists on the tops.

Ugh, I have a feeling we’re all looking forward to spring/summer and hoping things will be more normal, but it’s more likely the end of the year, or 2022 before it will be. Very much hope I’m wrong.

Those are flared off road drop bars, been around for decades. Quite popular in the first mtb era of the 80s, now that those type of basic off roaders have been repackaged as all-new “gravel” bikes they’re back in fashion for now

Very jealous of the lovely sunshine, the pine trees, and surf that I saw at the Tour de Provence today.

    Top trolling:

To clarify: Oliver Naesens mentioned in an interview in 2017 that any rider that gets dropped on the Tiegemberg, might as well quit cycling.

During the E3-Harelbeke in 2019, he got dropped on the Tiegemberg and it's been causing hilarity ever since.

I think I had put this in the wrong thread before, but looks we won't need dodgy streams – for the Omloop at least: https://twitter.com/laflammerouge16/status/1364587579551735810?s=20

    Good news!
Within the first half hour, the race passes a mere 1 km from my home. I've been meaning to get out there and watch them zip by but I didn't manage to get my butt in her the last few years. I want to make the effort this year but it's recommend to watch at home this year.

I'll probably be standing by myself on that stretch of the road though.

I had my own Opening Weekend on Sunday - with 3 hours outdoors for the first time since Christmas Eve. I was done in afterwards. WTF Zwift, I thought you were making me fit!
Don't say that, I've just started with zwift to try to get ahead of where i usually am for the warmer weather!

    It must help, surely! 😃

Hold on, there's an EG strava group? Are there many folk in it? I was in the old nike+ one until i moved to strava for all my fitness needs.

How trustworthy are you faceless internet weirdos with everyones real name & location? 🤔

I don't need Psychotext turning up with his nvg stuff some evening to see me in a state of sweaty mess after a zwifting session.

He'd never recover from the horror for a start.

Thought the Omloop was shaping up to be a great finish, then all of a sudden it was just sort of over. KBK tomorrow, always a bit of a sprinters thing, maybe MvdP can shake it up a bit though.
