Greens get you get you a load more scrap when you sell them as opposed to junking them. Which took me an annoying amount of time to figure out.

Yeah, sell green and white (at some point white rarity drops just stop appearing)

When you've got a decent stockpile of materials and have unlocked all of the basic mods, start getting picky about which blues you dismantle (or just sell them all)

Played a couple of hours thigh with a mate. The abilities are loads of fun. Picked the dude who can slow down and slice fools at close range.

Beat some dude called solar (so the achievement said), I presume that was the "demo" section?

Haven't paid any attention to cut scenes

Is it just me being shit, or is this game hard? Level 19 and I cannot get to WT7.

Just unlocked crafting. Whatís the rule of thumb here? Sell all white items and dismantle the green and blues?
Sell all whites and greens for scrap.
Dismantle blues until you get all the tier one mods, then sell them too for scrap.
With epics dismantle for mods, titanium and shards to raise attributes, then sell or dismantle as you see fit. You can buy titanium for scrap later in the game so having a lot of scrap is useful, but getting T2 mods and shards plus about 8-12 titanium per item is also good.

Use titanium to level up your legendaries or the odd epic that has key synergistic mods on it. Careful though it is expensive but you can balance it.
Always push to the highest world tier and ensure you have equipped the highest level gear you can; no more than two levels below your current max. Ideally all max.
Finish the wanted, monster hunt and historian quest lines for a guaranteed legendary reward for each.

Almost near the end and mostly enjoyed it as gamepass game. Not sure if I would of paid £45+ for it, I would have the same view. I don't like the amount of cheap rush enemies. The boss Yagak, was cheap fucking bullshit as I had to drop it to WT4, the legendary reward was shit, it was only worth scrapping and it was the only assault rifle I've seen at that level.

big spoiler August's death was suppose to be dramatic and impactful but it was actually funny

Got my ass handed to me by the big spider thing in the volcano.

My equipment is all over the place and world tier 5 probably too hard for me at this point.

I managed solo lvl 10/11 pyro, but tier 3 and it was a bit touch and go at a couple of points!
    Good luck mate.

Iím a Level 11 Pyro and WT5 is doable most of the time, but throw a proper high level baddie in the mix and it goes to shit. Dropping to WT4 makes sections doable but possibly too easy. I think Iím just a couple of bits of gear from WT5 being comfortable. :)

Only just got to Eagleís Peak, mind, as Iíve been slurping up all the optional quests.

I can play most stuff on WT6, but I get the occasional blip and it comes crashing to a halt. Captains and the like aren't the issue, it's sheer volume of fire. I was trying a wanted mission and I can do fine until I suddenly get melted.

It would seem playing co-op makes this way easier. Iím on WT 14 and only had to turn it down to WT 11 for the final boss fight.

Seeing people struggle on WT7 and below suggest there a problem with your build. Iím only lvl 14 WT7 and so far aprart from one section Iím finding it fairly easy.

When I get the gear I need and replace some of the shit stuff I have no doubt itís gonna get much easier. Seems to be the way the game wants to be played? Got melted? Get gear. :)

Each WT has felt like a real step up for me so far, and whoever above said to ditch gear below your level is onto something for sure.

I donít thing ďstruggleĒ is the right word either. As said above, everything will be peachy and then something just melts you. Be it weight of numbers or special abilities like mortars and wotnot.

Itís fun to grow into each WT anyways, and I reckon splitting player progress from world progress is inspired. It doesnít all grind to a halt due to a difficulty spike.

How much time have you spent under the max WT available to you? Iím only 11 and about to unlock WT6, so feels feasible?

All the time. I just worked it out, though. I keep YOLOing into battle, trying to do things the cool way and dying which reduces your world tier rating.

Also if you die it takes away some of your progress to the next WT. So keeping on top of your gear is important for if you are trying to push the tiers early on.

I guess I should play more carefully if I want to push on. I did think it was weird that there was seemingly no penalty for just going ham.

Getting into a more aggressive playstyle has really transformed the game. Rushing head on and shotgunning while using class ammo really makes the game sing.

But yes agree sometimes need to more broadly circle the arena picking off a few of them.

This quest structure is kind of annoying, finish a quest, hand it in, but you need to find a travel point, travel to camp, use the truck thing, travel whatever zome quest dude is in, find them then hand it in. Only now I'm a point where I can't use the truck so... yea. Also finding and doing the sidequests seems a hassle itself, they show as available, but sometimes aren't until you progress the main story, and then the objective can be right next to you but you have to take a 15 minute way round to get there because reasons.
It's feels unpolished and a bit '360' like someone said. Still quite good fun though.

I hit WT7 pretty early, but only cracked WT8 at about lvl20 after dying so much.

Cant see me hitting WT9 any time soon...

The trickster power that let's you set a marker you can instantly teleport back to is great.

Pop that away from trouble, warp into the middle of a crowd, drop the time bubble, autoshotgun away, blink back when it gets a bit much.

Well Iím doing all side quests before I move to the next area and Iíve done a little bit of co op as well. I havenít died to often though so I havenít lost progress on WT much. Playing pyro. Also I make sure any gear I have I level it up at the vendor as soon as I hit a WT.
