Registered 20 years agoThanks sam, the sick man could find two uses for that website! (Delia-pr0n)
ssuelid-- what I was looking for tonight was a really, good authentic Italian food recipe site. But frankly any good recipes sites would do, for any "genre" of food. -

Registered 20 years agoI'm not too sure if any of these are authentic but a good place to start for simple recipes is
www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/
You can pick by cook - Antonio Carluccio did a nice pasta cookery program.
The other places to look are on the food manufacturers websites. e.g.
www.buitoni.co.uk/search.html
Its good as you can select a pasta type, time and type of dish and it will give you a list.
Also the old style web directories are worth a look e.g Yahoo and excite.
www.excite.co.uk/directory/Home/Cooking
Half way down the page they have alphabetical links. e.g I for Italian and Icelandic.

Personally I found the digging a suitable charcoal pit a bit time consuming. -

Registered 20 years agoI found the following site in a bizarre instance of clicking on a BBC News Online feature. I don't know why I did it.
Anyway, it's a site about "tips for the home", including bits on cooking. Pretty useful, particularly if you're new to the big wide world!
