Surprised the final version hasn't been warezed yet personally. I think I might order it tonight anyway - the first purchase I'll be making with my new debit card actually.

Anyone know if Nationwide charges for moving cash between your accounts?

I'm very tempted, soley for the left hand third of the board. Nice key layout. Looks a bit f-guly though.

Looking at the ETA on those you could get one in time for the stagLAN, and Doom3 should be out by then as well!!

looks like it's a changable overlay for a keyboard so you need to get that as well.

Wonder how you would type messages in mp though?

So does anyone know what the actual release date is here? iD said around the 6th, but Gameplay say the 13th. Will gameplay ship it when they get it or will they wait until this date?

    From the features list:
QWERTY (Standard) keys for chatting without interrupting the action

Can't see them all, but I guess they're there.

They appear to be located on the middle and right thirds of the keyboard.

ah ok, didn't read the words just looked a the pretty pictures.

Must be an awsome keyboard to be able to type with out interupting the action thought. One hand on wasd, t'other on mouse, bring up chat window and still keep the action going, cool. ;-)

Wow, so I can actaulyl run Doom 3 on my system without just gettign a black screen or no more then 3 colored pixels on screen at 1 FPS.
That's pretty amazing. Still, i'd like a demo to be absolutly sure.

Where's the cheapest place to pre-order Doom from? Simply beat play and gameplay at £24.79, anyone found it cheaper?

I'm hoping the game will run at 1280x1024 on my machine, probably at medium detail, but I'll try it at high and see if it looks much better.

Some good screenshots comparing the differing graphics levels as well.

Maybe I'm just blind but I honestly can't see any difference between those screenshots. I've tried to keep up with forums going on and on about the best spec for DOOM3, and I think I could now hold my own in a conversation with a techie, but at the end of the day I don't really know whether I could spot the difference between one machine with a medium and one with a high end graphics card. Am I just woefully ignorant or is there such a massive difference? And am I alone in being badly confused?
