Cool, didn't know that. I bet it won't be long before this function is removed though. Hehe, a certain thread from the past comes to mind, where someone found out quite a ponderous way to integrate pics in the threads. :-)

Well I hope not, since it is very useful. dod's post is a prime example. The thumbnails were very useful since they helped me decide which pics to look at. Posters just need to act appropriately; nothing that can, in anyway, be deemed offensive and nothing big (think of the 56kers).

Thanks for reminding me.

And the ones you dont like you could forget about downloading them,you see ive provided little pictures for you to choose.

If i wanted to hype it,i would have opened a new thread.

I guess by tomorrow morning this post will be on the third page of the forums.EG is really a busy forum you know so dont be worry about the hype most of the people wouldnt even know about these pictures.

ps:I tell you again beware of the popups.i used the google toolbar i have mentioned above and it worked.or you can use a pop up stopper youre choice.

Here in the last one i took the close up shot of the marines hands.
I havnt seen such a natural hand ever b4 in any game all the fingers ,finger joints ,nails ,fore arm and the fore arm's hair is incredibly magnificent.

Can't remember where I heard it, but someone mentioned that a Doom3 demo would be released after Quakecom. Anyone know if this is still happening?

Having missed the alpha, I'm really interested to see how good the game looks in action.

I've read on a German games site yesterday that there won't be a demo now. They had announced it for their next print issue first, but now said there probably won't be a demo until 2004.

According to this thread on arstechnica's forum, there is a review of Doom 3 in this months (US) PC Gamer. They gave it 94%.
