I'm about to go and sit on a couple of trains for a few hours so I thought I'd do several things to prepare for my journey: 1) Charge mobile 2) Charge PSP with Burnout Legends and Wipeout in it 3) Charge and put some gaming love on my lappy for once Now I've got SCUMM VM with DOTT and Monkeys 1, 2 and 3 on here, but what cool little downloadable standalone games might I be able to get for it? I was inspired by the Cave Story thread and was hoping there might be similarly fun little free games for the mac. |
Recommend a freeware mac game

Registered 17 years agoGlider Pro is now freeware, I've had alot of fun with that in the past.
If you like Risk then try iConquer.
I've not really played with this much, but you might like Flightgear if your a (real) flight sim head.
Like Smash TV/Robotron? Then you'll love Kill Dr Cote. Not sure how playable it'll be with a touchpad, but my mouse and cursor key combo works great.
Finally Privateer has been made for the mac is now freeware too.
I'm sure Otto and the other Mac heads might be able to suggest some, I'd be interested in other suggestions too... -

Thank God it'll stop working after ten games! Otherwise my life would be over.

Back to the question, I assume you've got yourself a SNES emulator and some Final Fantasy goodness?
