You should get excited. This logo looks better than the actor in the crappy costume altogether.

/Is extremely skeptical but still hopeful.

Are you one of the 'the logo's too small and the cape's too dark' brigade?

Hollywood seem to be making too many remakes of old, but great films recently (more remakes than usual anyway). Sometimes they dig up old films or ideas that were extremely popular to 'extend' their life and make a quick buck.

Big juicy cash cows -- make some original films!

This is in the same series of films as the Chris Reeve movies, but it ignores the 3rd and 4th ones and continues from after 2. It brings back the John Williams soundtrack and will endevour to continue in the spirit of those films, something fans like myself have been begging for for years.

Not a remake. And who the hell are you?

And MOT, tell me Batman Begins wasnt better than the other tripe we had been forced to wathc (excluding the original..)

Even the orginal is overrated imo. Costume was too restrictive so the fight scenes were lame, and Burton let The Joker steal the show, when Batman really should have been the star, but Keaton lacked the charisma to pull it off...imho.

An obvious/old/unoriginal point......but very very true sir.

    This isn't a remake?

No, no sure. Its a 'continuation' though. You know what I mean, it just seems like too many remakes or 'continuations' (as with superman) are coming out of Hollywood at the moment.

Hmmm, I don't know whether that is an insult, a complement, or both? Thanks, er, I think?

Edit: So on this forum all posts must be not obvious, not old and original? This could be difficult.

I know what you mean, but it's something that has nothing to do with this film. A remake is a film based upon an existing film. Continuation may seem to be a very convenient way of getting out of explaining your posts, this is a wholly original Superman property film, please define your word 'continuation' so it fits the thread. If you can't, don't use it.

Cape? nah. the logo is quite small. The colour of the suit (not cape) is a bit off and the pictures I've seen just weren't impressive. I think it also has to dow ith teh actor's physique.
