I say make it an animated movie.. if not the i'd go for Goldberg!! given that he shouldn't have much dialog and he's definitely got 'the look'. |
So.. who should play Kratos in the God of War movie?

Registered 17 years agoIt would inevitably be Vin Deisel... I doubt "The Rock" will be getting any more video game tie-in movie deals after Doom.
Steve Buscemi (sp?) would be excellent though. -

For the sensitive side of Kratos... What?! it hasn't got a sensitive side?! in that case...
Anybody except the guy that plays Legolas and except Tom Cruise...
Maybe "the Rock" being bald and the eyebrow trick... -
Wiliam H. Macy.
He'd be a good thinking man's Kratos. -

Registered 17 years agoI'm afraid for me, its the unoriginal choice of Vin Diesel. They practically based Kratos on him anyway, although I can't back that up with paperwork.
He is simply the best man for the job. -

He'd actually look scary (I think) with a shaved head.

Registered 18 years agoAh. No one wants to be serious, eh?
Ok, I'll try.
The too-good-for-his-own-good doctor from Lost (also former member of the cast of Party of Five, but don't hold that against him). He's reasonably athletic and I have a feeling that he has it in him to pull off a menacing or outright evil look if he wants to.
Failing that, Hugh Jackman. Possible Kratos, possible James Bond, the good for anything, always reliable guy that came from Australia to solve all our casting problems (except he was in Val Helsing; I hold that against him). -

Registered 17 years agoThe unorthodox choice would be Jason Statham he has the frame for the job and could cut it as kratos. -
Vin Diesel

Harrison Ford, with his zimmer edited out...and i bet they change kratos name to Jack or something equally as dramehtic.

Henry Rollins.
