Registered 20 years agoI've never returned anything because I didn't want it but when they sent the wrong thing then they were very speedy and nice about returning it and sending the correct DVD. -

Registered 17 years agoWhy not wait until postie comes today they say its 3-5 days for delivery sometimes my stuff from them comes a little late. Plus its not really that good that you can't wait. -

As for returning to play, just don't open the dvd, tape a bit of paper with their returns address over the original packaging label, slap a stamp on and post it back. Nice and easy. Done it quite a few times. -

Registered 17 years agoMy expeirances with Play are pretty good.
I got Rome Total War off them and it turned out to be a pirated copy about two to three months later.
It looked genuine had all the right packaging just wouldn't patch.
I rang up, told them and didn't have my reciept.
They still exchanged it though. -
I ordered an Action replay cheat cartridge at the beginning of August.......still waiting for it to be delivered.... -

Registered 18 years agoGiven up waiting for my order for Batman Begins to arrive. Apparently it was shipped last Wednesday. If I go out an pick up a copy from HMV at lunch time and I keep the other one sealed when it arrives, what are Play like about taking things back? I know I've got the 14 day thing anyway, just wondering if its all plain sailing? -

Registered 18 years agoPartly because I'm a bit annoyed my order went straight to processing and sat there for 3 days, thus meaning I couldnt cancel the order when I realised there was a Ltd Ed. available, and partly because I'm a bit annoyed that they couldnt get me a major new release on its release date.
