I have to admit to loving them all. I remember Kid A was mentioned on release as 'challenging even those who thought fitter/happier was the catchiest tune on OK Computer'. I'm amazed there's so little mention of Amnesiac either... I think I may actually prefer it to Kid A but I'm about to take another listen...

I like Amnesiac more than Kid A, it's more consistent. the amnesiac artwork is the best as well.

Iron Lung EP deserves a mention. As does Airbag/how am I driving? both are better than pablo honey and kid a.

    com lag was a shitfest.

'The Bends' is my favourite but I'd say that 'OK Computer' was their best.
    Then 'Kid A'.

'I Might Be Wrong' is rather good, too. (Think I mentioned that in the previous thread.)

    Kid A all the way.

Maybe not the best songs, but definitely the best album.

Ok Computer. End of. Though I think I'm having an aneurysm because I'm starting to grow fond of a majority of the post 1998 stuff.

I like The Bends. Never got the big deal about OK Computer, which is a shame, because everyone else seems to have a little orgasm when they listen to it :(

Ok Computer took a couple of listens for me to get into, but once I did that was it. The Bends is right up there too, but OK pips it as an albums... mainly because of the concept.

There's some music that makes you want to listen, there's some that makes you want to play. The best make you want to write. Ok Computer and the Bends are the last.

I don't really like The Bends that much, not sure which is my favourite but I like Kid A and In Rainbows a lot.

The best radiohead album is getting The Bends -> In Rainbows on a giant playlist and pressing shuffle. I wouldn't be able to chose.

Ok, Kid A. Although my favourite songs are also off....all the others too. Bah.
  • Deleted user 11 June 2009 21:04:17
OK Computer onwards. I can't choose.

OK Computer - In Rainbows - Kid A are all kind of equal to me as they show off the peak of Radiohead's sheer creativity. While their other albums are fantastic, they aren't as consistently brilliant as those three.
