Stupid question but I wanted to be sure so here it goes. I want to buy this and I just want to make sure that it really includes 2 microphones. Can't find an email address to ask Play itself so I thought I try it here.

And yes I'll use the EG link to Play if I order it.

theres a phone number at the bototm of the page you could try,

but as they offer a sigstar 80's (solus) pack for Ł17 i would assume this would be the proper microphone pack

hold your horses ... i was looking into this and remember seeing somewhere (possibly amazon) that it came with 1 microphone ....

Amazon have the same 'with microphone' tag. Simply say with 2 microphones. Probably just a typo from the same release data - but worth checking first.

yeah it say here that all the other singstars "contain 2 microphones" and the new one "contains microphone" .... i reckon you only get one.

Yeah, that's what I was worried about. I don't suppose anyone could ring that number and find out as I'm from the Netherlands and I have only a mobile at the moment. Please?

Well all UK retail packs include 2 mics I saw it in HMV at lunch today

I was slightly worried about this too, but the Game packs had 2 mics. I mean, isn't that the point.....

No worries mate.

Just spoke to Play and the phone operators only have access to the same info that's on the webpage.
He's fairly sure that it's a typo, and that the pack will contain two mics but didn't want to commit himself.

He said though, that if you order it and it turns up with just one mic, there would be no problem with returning it.

yep, just had the same conversation! The lass sounded very nice, but a little clueless. I'm 90% certain it will have 2 mics. Be strange for there to be 2 different retail packs.

Alternative idea - for Ł17.99 you can get Singstar Party with two mics here at Play and get the Solus version of 80s also for Ł17.99 from Play.

So for Ł36 you get 2 games and 2 mics.

This always happens to me. No matter how good I look for the best deal, comparing prices and all, there's always a better deal I miss it seems... Oh well, thanks to sseullid anyway. If it does show up with 1 mic I'll return it and go for those 2.

Rest easy Obscured, mine turned up this morning with 2 mics. HUGE package though, glad I didn't have to return it. Would have cost a fortune.

Now do I wait until I give this to the gf as an "early" xmas pressie.....
