ive never had anyvg+ probs bearing in mind they are probably a bit busy at the moment with mario kart ds, and xbox360 releases as well as may others they are probably being swamped give them a day or 2 |

They did EXACTLY the same thing to me, i kept pestering twice a week with e-mails and after about two months sydney replied saying "i've spoken to management, sent you out another copy, etc etc" 5 days later it arrived.
But still, they seem to ignore you for a good month or two if something goes missing, and even after he sent it out he never replied to any of my later e-mails asking why he ignored me for months. -
