I've just got the Stanley Kubrick DVD boxset from amazon (bargain at Ł30) so I'm getting rid of my non-special edition duplicates:

Dr Strangelove (One of my fave films)
Barry Lyndon (A visually stunning film)
The Shining (NTSC-US copy)

Free to whoever wants them...

I've always wanted a copy of strangelove

Im a big kubrick fan but never seen it.... thats probably a contradiction.

You've never seen Dr. Strangelove!!!

It's one of the best films EVAR!

This summer I saw it at the NFT followed by an interview with Ken Adam (production designer) who designed the War Room in Dr. Strangelove and all the best Bond sets (volcano base in You Only Live Twice, tanker holding 3 submarines, Dr No's lair etc.)

I'd be very interested in a free copy of the Shining. It's one of those films I've never got around to adding to my collection but really should.

Btw Jonsend, did you ever receive your games from Abscido?

No, never did get those. I didn't want to complain though as they would have been free.

Yeah, I have Dr. Strangelove. One of the best satires ever made, without a doubt.

I want the Shining, Clockwork Orange and Full Metal Jacket, too. Well, FMJ up until Pyle and the drill sergeant die. The movie goes way downhill from there.
