Anybody ever been to the Bahamas or Bermuda?

Looking at going to one of these 2 in January. Anybody been before?

I've been to Bermuda, but literally only for a day. Hot, rich, and full pastel-coloured houses is how I remember it.

Day trip to Bermuda? Skegness not good enough for you then?

I've been to Grand Turk, just SE of the Bahamas. Stayed with the governors; chef, private beach and all that jazz.

Absolutely beautiful and a very nice place to relax. "Island time" is a lot slower than everyday life and it's a very welcome change for a holiday

Sounds nice..

Also looking at Maurituis but it's cyclone season in Jan so not the best time to go. Went there for our honeymoon and would definiately go back.
