FWIW I have had payment taken from my card and a receipt mailed to me an hour ago for my Animal Crossing DS order from VG+.

It was on the "preorder now, pay later" option.

Errr, I just got a Video Game Plus delivery confirmation...

    for my DS console.

So I'm guessing your Animal Crossing games would have been posted out at roughly the same time.

That's probably of NO help, but hey, at least I'm happy!

So did they like it or hate it?
    I hate reading long reviews.
What was the score out of ten, on what you think based on that article?

sorry for being off topic.. but i have the Gamecube version and i cant get into it at all.. Is there any point to this game?

They gave it an 8.8, which is great, although I expected higher. They gave lasting appeal 10 and gameplay a 9, and that's usually the things I focus on most. But once again, online-play is a bit restrictive, but still enjoyable.

You're going to trust a review by IGN? I think the reviews of EG or Famitsu more closely represents my gaming appreciation. Often times, I really think teens are writing the reviews at IGN.

ambling around town collecting stuff, making everything beautiful and swapping items with friends to get full sets.

various stuff like mastering fishing, fossil collection and stupidly waving a butterfly net.

When I was playing last time I used to play with my laptop up and the eg thread up arranging swaps with people.

This time shouldn't need to get into the nightmare that was entering codes and I'm hoping writing letters won't be so painful.

It's just a chilled way to pass the time... not sure I'd be salivating as much if it wasn't for the fact it was such a blast playing with the EG crowd.

Anybody been able to find the wi-fi dongle in the UK?
I just get met with blank stares in most shops.

Not 'We haven't got it.' but 'We don't know what you're talking about.'

I just got this email which means movietyme must not have enough for me and I will need to wait for batch 2 :(

    Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS)

has now moved to Pre Book status for you.

Unless you selected the Imediate Billing option when ordering this title you will not have been billed.

This title will now stay on Pre Book status until stocks become available closer to street date. Then the status should change to processing or shipped (subject to billing) and you will recieve an email to inform you of such.
