Well I never! A little C&L move and he's throwing insults around! This never used to happen in my day (Well apart from the 1981 finals of course, but let's not open that can of worms again!).

You haven't even spotted that you've got enough tokens to get out of a Dollis Hill loop, whereas the rest of the players haven't. The next move should be obvious. Kids nowadays, eh?

Well Wobbler, at least you're open to some new ideas (how about those XBox360s eh?). Thanks for pointing out the blindingly obvious.

    Neasden.

Don't want to join the game at this late stage (bit of a novice, in truth), but I'm surprised no one's invoked the Bethlehem Rules yet; all Shepherd, King, and Ass related connections count double...

Dear god, this is an emabarrasment. I have to put and end to this wretched round.

    Mornington Cresent.

And to start off a new game according to the only *proper* rules, East India standard, 1905 edition.

    Elephant and Castle.

Ah, a classic. None of that DLR nonsense.

    Green Park.

(well done on winning the last round, by the way.)

Not your fault Pike, thinking about it we'd sealed our own fate a long time ago.

I can't believe no-one's seen that one sooner!

I've already played the Bank Branch, so unless that's Charing Cross spur you've put yourself in knip.

Fuck nuts. I was thinking Bank Branch.

    hmmm...

    Hold on....

    Chalfont & Latimer.

An elegant move for a more civilised age.

Always a fan of lovely moves like that, but are you aware we are no the next game? I ask because C&L is a rather odd position to go to this early on?

I know it's unorthodox but before the DLR extension it was a perfectly acceptable move at this juncture. It's fallen out of fashion but I think you'll find it's a legal move.

It may be legal, but according to the 1994 Attley and May Principle, all DLR stations send you back to the start. Im sorry to point that out.

Sorry to throw a spanner in the proverbial but it pains me to see that no one has introduced the infamous Igor Steiner double-bluff (circa 1967)...

Just got back from lunch. Well played in that last round, Pike.

    Now. Where are we.

    I'll go...

Ontario Street. And I'll invoke John Applebey's 1987 'heads up' maneuvre and call a sideways nudge.

+3 to all players with any station east of Kings Cross in the ascendant.

You're catching on quick but you've forgotten (or nobody has told you) about double zoning penalties. Back to Adlgate for you.

Fozzie, I'm afraid you've fallen foul of the great Aldgate mispelling ruse. Doesn't work on Mondays you see. The entire Bakerloo line is now out of play.

That's pretty harsh... so I'm going to take advantage of that new fangled bomb scare rule and head to Moorgate.
