Having watched last weeks episode of Treme I felt that I needed to hear more of the Valpariso Mens Chorus, upon purchasing their album I have come to the only logical conclusion that they rock and make music to shout racously and quaff grog.

Someone wiser than me said "Never fight Land war in Asia".
They were wrong.

I've posted this song several times over the years, in my humble opinion the best vocal ever recorded.

Some sort of funky-electro-made in your bedroom-I don't even know the genre but it sounds awesome. -

Registered 17 years agoFriends that formed a band about a year ago, released a recent recording of one of their first songs. I'm incredibly pleasant surprised by how much polish is has taken on over 12 months.
It's always play by play.

Registered 10 years agoComing up to a year soon It'll be 2 years next week since the last time I saw Cornell live at the Royal Albert Hall, which was one of the greatest nights of my life. I've been playing a lot of his solo stuff recently, I think this song is one of his greatest. Originally released on the Great Expectations soundtrack in '98 but then only made it as a bonus track on the Japanese release of Euphoria Morning ('99), nowhere else. It did at least become a regular song on his solo tours from '99 onwards and a fan favourite. Anyway, I love it.

Great choice mate. Fellow CC fanatic and everything he did and stood for.
Still pretty much devastated by his passing. That and losing Tom Petty last year was a very low point. -
Watching the greatest Royal Rumble on the wwe network and 'Gobsmack - when legends rise' is getting played between every match, kinda catchy to be fair lol
