Right I was reading Slurpy's blog this morning and it seems he picked this up while on his travels for his DS apparently due to his texas hold em addiction.

Anyway has anyone else got it? I really fancy picking it up but fear it could be a bit lightweight. I am dying for a bit of Texas Hold Em on one of my handhelds but I don't think i want to spring for Poker World whatever on the PSP etc..

Do we also know if its out in the UK or when its due?

    All information welcome.

ign gave it "5.5 mediocre" outta 10 and the screenshots look a little plain.

I dont think hold-em translates well to video games. Theres no sense of risk when your not actually playing for real cash (in person or online) so you just tend to play very carelessly and hope for the best. I find anyway.

I only really want to play in practice for my real matches with my buddys which I seem to get constantly destroyed in.

Hunts...slightly OT, but when playing Hold Em, remember one simple rule.....only play the hands you're dealt. Bluffers will get found out the majority of the time.....In my limited experience anyway.

I am getting better I only play maybe 1 in 10 I think depending on my cards maybe I need to be a little more adventurous.

The way I play, you should not be waiting for cards on the flop, turn or river to have a hand. Of course, it depends on what the blinds are, if someone has raised at all and what your stack is like.

Isn't Texas Hold 'Em poker a sub game of the WWE game for PSP - which got some half decent reviews (including this site) despite being a Wrestling game...
