Hello, I was just thinking about backing up databases and the like, and took a look at how big EG's current database is. It's big. It's also mostly forum activity. So here's some fun stats (measured form last week's backup) # threads in EG forum: 43414 # posts in EG forum: 1098925 # posters with > 1000 posts under belt: 208. Registered 19 years agoWell, it's hard to say, cos we didn't start the database at post zero, and we've also subsequently deleted a load of posts.
So, post id 1000000 belongs to UncleLou, and the 1000000th sequential post in the database belongs to Furbs, so well done those men. -
