Registered 17 years agoyou cant make games entirely regionfree. In some countries things are banned which need to be taken out prior to release. Ninja Gaiden behadingfeature and Germany comes to mind. -

Remember this is business and cash is king, nobody's going to sit on a finished game waiting for it to be localised for the whole of Europe whilst it could be earning revenues in the mean time. -
