    Yay :-)!

    /feels important.

    /sticks out chest.
    /dons spectacles to look intellectual.
/remembers he doesn't wear spectacles and can't see what he's writing any more.

    /takes off spectacles.

Will definately chuck you a copy when it's done.

PS. Three seems to definately be the maximum number of times you can say "spectacles" in your head before it starts to sound weird.

Damnit! You're quoting just made me realise (and prevents me from erasing) that I wrote "specatactles", which to be honest, sounds fairly weird even first time round.

Dear God (as in, in exclamation, not the start of a letter...), now I've just realised that in pointing out that I wrote "spectactles", I wrote "specatactles".

After that I don't think I deserve the privilege of the edit button.

Quick bump for Carlo to say you've got mail in case you forgot about this and wondered what the hell kind of weird spam was going round these days :-)!

I’m going to bump a 14 year old thread to highlight that Frasier is getting a new season/series reboot/whatever term of the month you want to use in 2020.

Is it a prequel with a new, younger Frasier?

It's older Frasier in a new city with an adult son, allegedly.

Copernicus called, he enjoyed the original but doesn’t have high expectations for this

Seems like Kelsey may be having a relapse. Of a relapse.

    All a bit nebulous.

Said in the Times that youngsters (gen Y? After millennials now I think) have just discovered Frasier after gorging on friends. Apparently it’s all the rage?

Reboot makes sense. I think Kelsey’s got plenty of money to be fair, maybe just misses the limelight or maybe just loved doing it?

I was a big fan. Pretty sure Eddie’s browners though, as is the imperious Mr Mahoney.

Assume they're both going to be white again.

    Sigh.

They’ve said no so far. I think Frasier’s an easier reboot to be honest. The whole cast could be doing pretty much the same thing and no one would bat an eyelid. Not much reason for a bunch of fifty year olds to be sat round a cafe any more.

My joke failed to land then!

I did read about a Friends reboot but I think it got shut down.

A proper reboot recasted not the sequel this seems to be.

When you've got to post every three seconds to stay alive you don't have time to consider whether you've completely missed the point.

He’s got 7 kids to provide for and no real career other than playing Frasier, those syndicated royalty cheques must be starting to dry up by now

Frasier will keep getting syndication cheques for as long as Channel 4 can’t work out a decent breakfast television slot.
