the sprout wrote: No, what people getting excited about a Rayman game implies is that either (a) they have enjoyed previous Rayman games (as about three people have already said!), (b) they think the trailer shows promise (and god forbid, people have got excited about trailers showing a hell of a lot less about the game they're advertising), or (c) that they recognise Ancel's name from his previous work and are hopeful his involvement will result in the game being a bit special. Hell, I've never played a Rayman game but this still looks a lot of fun. I like the humour of the trailers as well; I've seen some of the forthcoming advertising they've done for the game and it's pretty hilarious stuff. I like. |

@Nekotcha&Marilena: Don't mind the sprout, he's a troll. Has decent opinions sometimes, but only enough to lure you into his trolling range. Suggestion: Ignore him. -
I just saw an interview with the UBISOFT guys (over on IGN), and I'm actually starting to get pretty psyched by Rayman Wii (can't remember the proper title). Here's hoping. -

Er, no. I never bought Rayman for the Gamecube. Or the GBA. I bought it for the N64, and thought it was brilliant, but lost interest in the franchise afterwards. After seeing this trailer, the reasons I want to get it are because it looks funny and controlling it looks interesting and fun (perhaps tiresome, though). I mean c'mon, you honestly think everyone is going to buy any game because it's on a Nintendo system? I'm sure as hell not interested in Spongebob Wii or Pangya Golf. -
@Toonster: He's a troll. Just ignore him. He has nothing of value to say, and if he does, he won't say it until everybody starts to ignore him. -

I take it you're ignoring 'the sprout' Scratchy. Can see his tag popping up in this thread from without. I've been ignoring him happily for days...
Itīs great innit? Even though when you canīt see the original post it just seems like everyone starts screaming at thin air all of a sudden... -
