I've only ever played FFX and Disgaea as RPG's (loved both, well I did play and finish FFVII this year but didn't really enjoy it, sure it's brilliant still if you played it back in the day though).
Reason I ask is the review on here spent more time discussing people pirating the game and translating it into english text then it did actually saying anything informative about the game. -

Yeah it's PAL.
The style is not like the FF or Nippon Ichi games. The combat isn't turn based. Instead once you enter a fight the view switches to a 2D side on perspective. You then move your fighter around and initiate magical and physical attacks. The rest of your party is controlled by the AI which you can customise.
I couldn't comment much further on the game because I only got about 4 or 5 hours in. I wasn't enjoying it that much. There are loads of positive reviews out there though, just wasn't my cup of tea. -

Registered 18 years agoI'm thinking of selling one of my XBOXen. I have a crystal for XBMC, and the 360 is taking care of my gaming needs right now, so I think it's time for ol' faithful to move on.
Anyone interested? It's the original black XBOX, chunky controllers and all, and possibly a bunch of games as well depending on the interest (PGR1, PGR2, KotOR, stuff like that). -
