What would Nintendo make of this?

I came in through the door after finishing work a moment ago and found a menu for a take-away pizza joint.
It has Mario in a chefs' outfit holding a 'Pizza Palace' menu.
I'd show it you if I had a scanner.

I'm guessing this seriously infringes on Nintendo's copyright law!?

If-IF- i were to let them know, could I see a reward for my actions?

Another thing is, that this take- away doesn't have an address. Only a phone number.
To me that sounds doubly suspicious and is probably in breach of some health and safety law!?

What do you make of the legality of it and my chance to make a few quid out of it?

    I wouldn't bother tbh. Personally I'd be happy to have a Mario themed pizza joint in my area. ;_;

    Order a pizza.

Demand free extra toppings or your calling the cops.

If they say no dial 999. They're used to dealing with this sort of thing.

    What a loser.

I'm getting tired waiting for my numbers to win on the lottery...

If I went into this thread by asking seriously about the copyright infringment and the potential damage that this could have on Nintendos' good name, I think you might have had more to say than petty insults.

Just because somebody doesn't add a smiley at the end of every sentence they write on EG doesn't mean they don't have a sense of humour.

That word was 'humour' Deem. Look it up.

Aha, see, your post does seem pretty serious Timmy.

I just went back and re-read it and found that I'd missed out this bit:
Another thing is, that this take- away doesn't have an address. Only a phone number.
To me that sounds doubly suspicious and is probably in breach of some health and safety law!?

in my first skim. hindsight is 20-20 eh? (that is, taking that bit into account it does come across as a bit smirky ;))

That's quite a comeback. It took a while, but as they say "good things come to those who wait".

And in your case my friend, that will be a quick violent death.

    Only joking of course*

*just in case you didn't get it. ;P Plus a smiley. Just for you!

They probably just buy all their pizzas from a totally different pizzeria but slap a quid on top. Or... they warm frozen pizzas up at home.
