Registered 18 years agoLots of cool shot folks. I really should play a bit more with my macro bellows.
Here's one from a few weeks ago with the KM 5D, kit lens and a cokin +2 filter.

It was definately looking at me, as I moved around it to take more pictures it's gaze followed me. It shuffled along our decking, fell over the edge, and I never saw it again.

Wow, fantastic shots.
I also call you a cheater, not because it was dead, but because I think it was at least 1 meter long. Obviously.

Try this wording - "I had no idea you could achieve such a shot with consumer equipment!"

Registered 15 years agoFor anyone still interested, here is a link to the original site: http://www.photo.net/photos/siwanowicz
The pics are not as brutally compressed as the ones on the pishmo site. Also, there is plenty more where they came from.
Anyway, I am glad some of you liked them!

Like I said, they're stunning shots, very impressive! \o/
Congrats if you are the bod who took them and not just a fellow admirer!

Woah!
I'd accuse you of cheating for using a dead one but that would just be me being mingey.
