I remember reading a thread that linked to some excellent WWI pics by a French group. They had an amazing degree of quality but I can't seem to locate the original thread using EG's truly shite search engine! Any help? |

a french group? they must of used one hell of a long range lens to capture any sort of action then, else the white flags would of washed out the shot. -

They where before all hell broke loose. It was a French musuem iirc that restored the photos -
I collect world war photographs, find the whole thing facinating. So i'll help with the bumping as i must of missed them the first time around. -

Nah, too much to be put online. A lot of it's TV documentarys. -

Actually I think this was what was linked to in the thread, but as far as I can tell the photos are the same and they're are better organised in the other link.
