|Had no internet for the past two days and made no transfers, and had three Chelsea players in my starting 11. Happy to have got 53 points.|

Bonus points are in.
Won my first H2H match. Yay!
League not recalculated yet. (I am hoping to have sneaked into the top 10).

Feck. Lost by two points cos of my transfer deduction.
much better week for me this week. 71 Points. Got 2.5 mil to play with as well. Thinking of maybe taking sigurdsson out. or allen. not sure. No doubt if i brang in hazard for siggo, siggo will start scoring!
I hate this already. I took out yaya rafa and captain vanpersie last minute yesterday for Tevez bale and silva. Fuck off fantasy football, fuck off.
55 this week but I saved my wildcard and have Chelsea players on the bench. Tempted to pick up Sterling for 4.5 points but he is not always going to start and Liverpool are not exactly scoring loads right now.
When the computer makes subs does it pick them by who got the most points first?

The order you have them on the bench roz, keeping a valid formation of course.
i think that if one of your players doesn't start or does come off, it brings on the other players.
De Gea didn't start yesterday, so begovic was automatically put in my team
I have schniderlin on my subs bench and he scored
ps. why didn't de gea start yesterday?

@joelstinton I originally built my team around Sigi, then after two weeks of minimal points I took him out. I don't think he'll get many points in the current Spurs system to be honest.
Same as Bale actually, last season he was storming and bagged me loads of points, but I've also dropped him out of the team for the moment.
Yaya, Feliani, Hazard, Dyer and Michu are doing much better for my points now
The commentators suggested Ladygarden was selected because he is better at dealing with crosses than De Gay.
Can anyone post a link to the league (not the code) please?
With pleasure local, I'm 43rd you're...........62nd
Cheers perverse pleasure being able to see my team but not control it since GW1. Not doing as bad as I feared. 168 points, 46 this week despite both captain & vc on bench - didn't realise you lost that advantage completely. Oh well, will slowly watch it drift to the bottom, with Revenge's team.

why didn't de gea start yesterday?
I did advise people not to pick De Gea at the start of the season - He's £6.5m, he's playing behind an ageing defence AND Fergie loves to pop Lindegaard in every now and then for no apparent reason.
I've gone with Krul, but the better options at the moment are Ben Foster (£5.0m), Michel Vorm (£5.6) or Vito Mannone (£4.5m) IMO.

hehe you did. Going to think about htat one.
Just took Joe Allen out for Dyer (nathan, swa). And got one free transfer left so thinking about sigurrdsson and de gea really. Maybe a striker, but can't really as all three scored at the weekend (lambert, tevez and poldolksi)
If I use my wildcard today, is it valid up to the 15th?

Don't use wildcards until close to the gameweek (i.e.) a day or two before, otherwise you could get stung really badly by injuries over the international period.
This should go for any and all transfers tbh, if you're smart.
That's why I'm asking if it's valid up to the 15th. On a normal week you can make changes everyday on the back of one wildcard.

I guess that answers it. I should get unlimited transfers until the 15th:
Do all transfers have to be made at the same time when using my wildcard?[/b]Edited by Peew971 at 12:00:16 04-09-2012
No. Once you have played your wildcard, any transfers you make within that Gameweek are free, including any you made before playing your wildcard, up until the next deadline.

If you wildcard you can try and get players now that go up in price over the next two weeks and then swap them back out just before the deadline.
I played my wildcard on Saturday night and my team value has gone up a lot already.
I like the Android one, it's pretty stable. The unofficial iOS one (FFM) has been quite flakey recently but an official one will be welcome.

Stupid international football qualifiers delaying the fantasy football for a week.
Uefa have a Champions league fantasy football game
Anyone spotted any deadline day bargains?
Michael Owen for 5.5 could be a good buy although it sounds like he is probably not fit enough to start tomorrow.
I think Berbatov for 6.9 would be the best one.
I bought Berbatov in the Great Deadline Day Wildcard Reshuffle of 2012. Could go either way, that one.
I'd be astonished if Owen turns out to be a good buy; I wouldn't buy him for 3m let alone 5.5. He's just a waste of a slot.
Edit: this is where I get my opinions about football.

Saw Pavel Pogneybrek was under 5mill so went for him instead, 2 goals in 3 games for Reading and he was awesome against Chelsea.
