    I know it's a long shot but...

Michael Ansel is making Rayman Ravvin' Rabbits for the Wii and could possibly be in pre-production on BG&E2. If the former is a huge hit, perhaps he'll be allowed to go into full production on the later.

    /pre-orders 3 copies of Rayman

Now that's something I'd never thought I'd type

That is the best news of the day :) I definitely hope it's BG&E2 this game was awesome, i wonder which other games they are working on i would think another action adventure, an FPS, action RPG... that kind of nice stuff hopefully :)

mmmmm ubisoft EU... Ubisoft gooooooooooooood :)

Bioware, Ubi and Nintendo are my favorite companies. If only Bioware made a game for Wii... but that's not going to happen...
    :(

    They'll make me buy a 360 too :/

It seems like every day we hear more news about third parties jumping on board the Wii. Good news, good news!!! (Although, I am one of those people who was not that enthused about Beyond Good and Evil. Good game? Yeah, I'd say so. Great game? Nope).

Noooo don't say that, I absolutely loved Beyond Good and Evil. I think this calls for another EG lynch mob!

Even though BG&E is essentially half a game, im not sure if i want another one, i love it too much and the slight chance a sequal might not live up to it is something i cant take!

    Same with Anachronox

OH yeah, they totaly did, I was part of that deal, pretty sweet. I set it up so that part of the clause was me going on a date with Scarlet Johansen.

    Unfounded rumours FTW!!!

I'm guessing that the franchises will be:
    Asphalt: Urban GT
    Far Cry
    Prince of Persia
    Splinter Cell
    and...
    Beyond Good & Evil

    Déjá Vu?

Whichever list of games is correct they're all extremely boring. As someone said before "Its definitely not the Capcom five".

So what are the final five?

    Ubisoft reveals all:

    Far Cry
    Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII
    Monster 4×4 World Circuit
    Open Season
    GT Pro Series

So no PoP or BG&E then.

EDIT: Details on GT Pro Series

GT Pro Series is a new game that is exclusive to the Wii. Apparently it was based on a Japanese racing sim that was never released here. Ubisoft promises over 80 licensed cars and easy-to-use drift controls. They’ve also hinted at a special accessory to be included with the game.

"Talk about how the Wii changes the way you play games, we’re working to include an accessory in GT Pro Series that will make this game a must have. Stay tuned, literally."

So there you have it. A total misuse of the word literally.

Far Cry might be alright, but the others don't interest me yet. You never know though. This new control system could bring the best out of these titles if it's implemented.

In a separate release out of France, Ubisoft revealed that a Wii Prince of Persia title is in development and will be released -- at least in France -- next March. The company's US subsidiary had no further details to offer on this game, but an American release is a certain eventuality, even if it's not yet official.
