Yeah no shit, I meant the talk of it has gone very quiet after an initial surge.

I think Sage has had just about the biggest hype train derailing in UFC history.

Do you think? He got derailed on tuf though by Roy Nelson.

Although Seth Petruzelli did knock him out with a jab which was amazing.

    Any other worthy contenders?

Sean Gannon was quite spectacular as he was labelled the only man to beat kimbo in a boxing match. He then got man handled to the point the commentators being a bit embarrassed by the whole thing.

CM Punk was the biggest upset. I expected him to have a run at the welterweight belt and make mincemeat of Woodley, Lawler, Rory, etc.

Interesting how all the UFC fighter who migrated to ONE are getting beat. Might mouse, Eddie Alvarez, Sage all losing over in Asia.

Craigy hates him that much he makes him lose even when he wins.

He wouldn't do that to gsp.

I think the only person who actually thought that was Punk

Ferguson Vs Cerrone @ UFC 238. Should be a good one although I think el cucuy puts a halt to cowboys recent comeback.

Super sage recieved 8 facial fractures in his recent loss. That is almost one every 3 seconds if you average it out.

    Must be a record that

Megan Anderson, sorry Meeegan Anderson pretty easily tapped out. She got the physical attributes to absolutely boss womenís MMA, but seems to have talent/skill in direct inverse proportion to her A1 frame.

By 'like something out of a video game' do they mean like when you have no idea what you're doing and you just whack all the buttons at random?

Also is he the nutcase that got some crazy spinning jumping flying KO a few months ago in another promotion?

His heart is definitely not in it anymore. I think he had one foot out of the door before the fight with comments about retiring if he lost. Great win for Smith though. Manuwa got ktfo. Quite the brutal ko.

Manuwa is basically a human punching bag these days. Maybe I'm weird but I don't feel sad about Gus retiring, I think bowing out early whilst you still have your faculties is a really good thing, as opposed to carrying on past your prime and taking more damage.

    Agreed.
I also don't care one bit for Manuwa. Horrible guy, so deserves what he gets.

I never understood the Manuwa hype train. He is, at best, a mediocre fighter. Yes, he has some savage KOs on his record, but plenty of rubbish fighters have produced big KOs in their career.

He also has horrible defense for someone fighting at that weight division. He was wasn't even looking at Rakic before the kick was delivered.
