Registered 16 years agoOoo, all excellent choices. Off the top of my head:
1: Ginger Nut
2: Shortbread
3: Chocolate Chip Cookie
4: Chocolate Hob Nob
5: Chocolate Digestive
Quite similar to yours really. I've probably missed a few there too.
EDIT: By the way, these are all tied. They're in no specific order.

God, they're all gorgeous. I can't pick only five anymore

Assuming that jaffa cakes are cakes and not biscuits...
1) Chocolate covered ginger biccies from M&S.
2) Choc chip cookies from Tesco (the soft ones - not cruncy ones)
3) Chocolate digestives.
4) Choc Hob-nobs.
5) Ginger nuts.
Let it be known that thefilthandthefury is from this point on dead to me for naming shortbread in his list.
Worst. Biscuit. Ever.
Taste of sod all and just dry your mouth out. Horrid texture that makes my gums itch. Would rather just eat a cream cracker. Surely beloved only by little old ladies who don't like decent biscuits because they couldn't get them during the war and they're stuck in their ways now. -

Well, I blame my Scottish ancestry
But I do happen to think they are the best biscuit to be honest, I just couldn't be bothered to edit my list, haha. -

I don't care if you are scottish, just because shortbread always has a picture of edinburgh bloody castle on it is no reason to eat the foul stuff!

Hmm white cheddar Cheez-its > Goldfish imo, those things are shockingly addictive.
By the way, Goldfish are sold as 'Finz' in the UK, and from my experience can be bought at Waitrose for £1 if you spot them reduced. Only in extra cheddar flavour mind. -

If you think the white cheddar Cheez-its are addictive, you should try the BBQ flavor-blasted Goldfish!

Ah, have yet to try those.
And its good to meet a fellow importer, I returned to England just over a fortnight ago with a second suitcase exclusively containing food: 4 tubs of Kool-Aid, Cap'n Crunch, Fruit Loops, Apple Jacks, Goldfish and 4 kinds of Oreos...well I haven't been across the Atlantic for 8 years so I needed to stock up. -

Registered 16 years agoSainsbury's double choc-chip, big fat-arse, freshly-baked, soft and slightly gooey cookies FTW. (A glass of milk to accompany them, as I HAVE to have milk after anything choclately, for no reason really, just a habit.)
Failing that, and if I was a rugby player, Soggy-biscuit FTW. -
