    Yeah! Their later stuff has been pretty good, as has Malcolm Middleton's solo stuff.

    Indeed, that's a shame, Malcolm's working on his next solo album, hope it's as good as the last one.

    Indeed! His solo stuff is of a similar vein but a little more cheery. Worth a punt. Shame I missed him playing at the Green Man, I can't remember what was on at the time, might have been Bert Jansch. Not a hard choice in regard who I'd see out of those two ;-)

    Yeah Beta Band did split which filled me with a bit of regret for never seeing them live but you can catch the Aliens (who're a bit shite to be honest) or Lone Pigeon to see what the differnet members of the Beta Band now doing after the split.

    Well, I'll be at King tut's on the 3rd of December to see them off. If they don't play "first big weekend" I'll cry!

    Cheers for the heads up on that one. Was lucky enough to see them at T in the Park a good few years back and 'Dry the rain' is one of my favourite songs off all time eva!
