    Hi

    I'm having a bit of trouble buying online from Gameplay. I received an email saying my card failed. However, it is valid and has sufficient funds in the account.

    I am 16 and it is a Solo Debit Card. I have already checked, and yes, Gameplay do accept Solo cards. May I have entered the card number wrong? When paying by Solo, do i enter all of the numbers on the front of the card (18 digits) ? Or, is it just the last 12? Or even the first 6?

    Help me please!
