Yes - I'll add my FC to my profile. I lost most of Sunday afternoon to a "couple of goes" of billiards on wi-fi

The current cheapest price for this game is £14.89 at Sendit.com but it's temporarily out of stock.

Didn't really like this, but after playing online i've changed my mind. I only play online now. It's quite compelling. It is an ugly looking thing though isn't it?

    Oooooo online darts. :)

Its a pity I am shit though it took me about an hour for one game of 301 last, 56 minutes of that was me trying to hit double 1. :D

Excellent! Any others of the usual NWC crew picked this up that you know of?

/fondly remembers MK DS lunchtime tournies and god-damn-awful MP:H deathmatches...

Is this worth getting if you cant get online with it. The wifi in my Lite is well and truly shagged, unfortunately.

I'd say no. I spend about 80-90% of my game time online with this one, it's just much more fun playing all these games with friends and chatting in Pictochat while you wait for others to make their move. The singleplayer could last you quite a while if you're trying to unlock some new skins etc. but afterwards you're just playing the same games over and over again on your own. It's much more satisfying to beat your friends at poker or bowling than beating CPU1, CPU2 etc again and again. Definitely a must-play-online game for me :)

Been playing this (offline) for a couple of days now and, on the whole, loving it.

    But...

Texas Hold'Em is dreadful. The AI just doesn't behave in any realistic fashion with the CPU characters playing dreadful hands all the time no matter what and with zero 'thought' behind their betting strategies etc. It's easy enough to win it, but it's no fun with opponents this crippled. It's like playing poker with 8-year olds!

Is there a good poker game for the DS?

I play Texas Hold Em on my copy of Sega Casino as you up the stakes the AI gets harder and it probably the best available on the system.

So are you guys still enjoying this game or does someone want to sell me their copy? :p

I want to pick it up for my girlfriend, but Send-It are still out of stock (and I'm too tight-fisted to pay over £15).

Will she get bored of it without the online play?

    Oh!

There's a seller on eBay called Retrowarez (I think that's his name). He has quite a few of these games up for about £16.00 Buy It Now.

I just tried a 'Best Offer' of £13.50 (not including the £1.50 it costs for first class delivery) and he accepted it.

That's as good as the Send-It offer that has been out of stock for weeks now. :p

Got a copy today; loving it so far! Didn't realise it supported the Rumble Pack; anyone used the Lite Rumble Pack yet?

I think you can only get it from Japan. Some reviews mention it being noisy, so not sure if it's worth getting for this game, although if games like Zelda end up using it, it'll be well worth it.

Damn, I sold my rumble-pack with Metroid Pinball.

Excellent game though (as I've already said). Almost a week later and my girlfriend is STILL engrossed. I love having a quick game of Checkers against the 'puter opponent too (and now I've discovered that grid-attack is the awesome BATTLE-SHIPS!).

As I said before, you should be able to get it for a Best Offer of £13.50 (plus £1.50 postage) from certain eBay sellers. DO IT! Live your life to the Pepsi Max!

Bought this over the weekend, top stuff, if you have a wireless connection/know people who you can link up with this really is a no brainer! unfortunatly i don't have wifi (my girlfriend has, i do not) so at this moment in time im finding out the single player could of been better, the AI to be honest is very poor, but on multiplayer this is the best thing i've come across in ages. I was playing 5 player (you can have up to 7) texas hold em last night and despite being quite new to the game i could't put the thing down! the thing i liked is that the winner was the one with the most chips after 20 games and you all start with 200 chips so you feel as if your actually playing for something unlike say the xbox live arcade version.

I also got my ass handed to me by someone called xxx soya xxx playing checkers.............but the less said about that the better!

Just for those that didn't see it - EG reviewed this game yesterday and gave it a whopping 9 out of 10 (although it vanished off the front page rather too quickly).

NOW you have no excuse. Buy. ;)

I'm probably being a bit daft here, but is there anywhere that has a list of the 42 games that are included? I can't seem to find any!

Heh...how can you NOT want to give a perfect score to games that have been played for centuries?
