    Together with 2 games.
Now she realy loves animals so I guess nintendogs would be the perfect choice.
She´s also a fan of simple games like super mario (nes) so I´m leaning towords New super mario bros as the second game.
    Anyone has a better idea?

Sounds good. Follow up with Animal Crossing when she's fed up with Nintendogs.

42 All-Time Classics. It's cheap and she'll never get bored of it.

Tetris, Zoo (yes, still!), and 42 classics.

Buy Rocketslime, Mario Brothers and mariokart and hide them somewhere for yourself too! But don't tell her you got them

Got a DS lite for my girlfriend back in August. The game she's played the most by far is that there Phoenix Wright game, probably followed by Animal Crossing.

The DS has got her into gaming a lot more, but she has played the odd bit here and there over the years. Maybe Phoenix Wright wouldn't be ideal for someone who's not played much before?

Regarding Zoo keeper: Has anyone played Bejeweled?
After a quick look at the review here it seems to use the same formula

Phoenix Wright will probably go down well too. So many good titles.

Dont forget theres a massive catalouge of GBA games. Its a lot cheaper when they dont like them :p

Id go for a wide range of different games/playstyles You never know what a person will like regardless of if its a woman or a man but going on experience Id say any strong story based games with easy controls and you are onto a winner.

My missus went nuts for broken sword untill some of the puzzles got really illogical/obscure.

Trying to find more like it to be honest.

Oh don't underestimate the power of zookeeper :D The only videogame I've played naked in bed with another women, 2 heads are better than one. ;)

I would buy Animal Crossing and Nintendogs as they are both relaxing games and simple.

Am I really the only person who finds Zoo Keeper really really boring and too easy?

    Meteos isn't bad though :)

Yeah! I just can't finish a game. I sit there and play and play and play and then just turn it off.

It's so seet watching them play it to. They get right into it. But also get mightly pissed of when you have a quick go and trash all they're scores :) *buffs finger nails*

Word of warning. Tell her to turn dow nthe volume as the music will eventually lead you to an unholy act.

I have to admit that I found Zoo Keeper a little tiresome. My girlfriend enjoyed it for a few weeks though!

I would also be careful with Animal Crossing. It's fun for a few days, but she'll get bored with it rather quickly if she's used to playing games like The Sims (as AC can feel a little 'shallow' in comparison).

My girlfriend was fed-up with Nintendogs after about an hour, so that might also be worth a miss. Even Tetris failed to hold her interest (which is strange as she used to love the Gameboy original).

Trauma Centre is cool, but it'll get too hard for her after a few days (even if she's a grand master of video games...like me!).

I've already mentioned it, but I really think 42 All-Time Classics is a perfect game for a DS noob, as it'll be full of mini-games that she'll already understand. It'll also help her to get used to the touch-screen gameplay. It's ALSO something that she can play at her own pace.

New Super Mario Bros is a very good bet...as is Brain Training!

    Oh...and she'll love Mario Kart.

Why not check out a similar thread that I started a while ago - Girlfriend friendly DS Games. :)
