Deleted threads still show in top level of forum (new layout)

Using new layout, in the top level of the forum that shows the catergories and thread with the "Latest Reply", deleted threads are still showing up.

e.g. I spotted this cos the thread showing as the latest reply in the "Gaming" -> "Mobile" forum is a deleted spam thread "FS : Brand New/Unlocked Nokia N95..$400 , Qtek 9600..$250 , Motorola Q..$230 , Imate Jasjar ..$300"

This only happens for threads prior to 2.0... so as soon as someone writes something about mobile, it'll be fixed!
