If you actually are or /were/ a he, you're even more likely to be called a he than the women from birth, who still get called he quite often. Add to this the constantly changing nick, meaning that every time you swap, everyone assumes 'he' until they find out it's you - yet again.
So yeah, hoping to be called 'she' with any consistancy is probably a poor bet. -
