What has everyone got in the training? Golds are HARD to come by.

I have one gold (chipping) and about 6 silver (all 3 tennis then a mixture in the others)...anyone going for all golds?

Also - Is there a "platinum" medal?

I'm only just getting into the training mode and have a handful of bronze.

I take it you need to get 100% for gold? Or is that where you think platinum comes in?

Not sure - depends on the sport - I dont even know if there is an award above "gold" - Hence the question! lol

Did you get all of the shots/strokes/whatever in that particular training session?

I got a gold in the chipping - ie in total over the 9 holes i was about 40 metres from pin in total = gold medal

1334m in the Home Run training game, only a silver though, going to need some legendary skills to get a gold in that one!

Over on Wii Play I got 65 tanks, which I understand is very respectable.

The only gold medal I have is in the power throw in bowling. Everything else is bronze or silver. I just tried the home runs and got 1400+ and got a silver medal, so I think you probably need 1500+ (I only hit 7/10).

i have 3 gold medals now - one in chipping, and then two in th first two tennis trainig games. The 3rd in the tennis is hard as a naturally hit the ball too hard then lose control very quickly...

Ah got it now, 10/10 home runs gets gold regardless of distance, then you need 10/10 plus a huge total to get platinum. I'm now at 9/10 and 1570m if I remember correctly, still no gold!

I nabbed the gold on the Power Shot in the bowling challenges - my top score is 646 and I think you need about 500 or 550 for the gold.

Bloody love that mini-game.

I regularly get scores between 500-550 in bowling and I'm still on a bronze medal.

Spent 3 hours straight last night on the first tennis training trying to get my first elusive "Platinum" medal . It is a real challenge, but I nabbed it. Nice.
Now onto the second tennis one - ugh!

I've got gold in the 3rd tennis on, with a score of about 26. Eventually you start punching holes in the wall, which makes it even harder.
